Our school is proud to be a Food Dudes school. This programme encourages children to eat fruit and veg.  We are in the Third phase of the initiative and have just finished a week-long tasting of all types of fruit and veg. The children really enjoyed the blueberries, courgettes, cucumbers, carrots, apples, mandarins and tomatoes.

It gives them a great introduction to Healthy Living for their futures. Our Junior Infants also received their Food Dudes lunchboxes.

We look forward to Phase 3 next year. Well done to Miss Sugrue for spearheading the initiative school-wie
