Third-class students loved dressing up as their favourite book characters for World Book Day. They all made a great effort and enjoyed sharing their favourite books and authors, including Harry Potter, Warrior Cats, Dork Diaries, Matilda, Wicked and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. They completed many fun activities including an Alphabet World Book Day Challenge. They worked in pairs and came up with a book beginning with each letter of the alphabet. The girls also completed their own book review and designed a poster of their favourite book quote. Many of the 3rd class pupils discovered new books which they would like to read in the future.
